Birkett
|
Definition
Height range is over 1000ft (304.8m) and are listed in Bill Birkett's book "Complete Lakeland Fells".

Bridge
|
Height range is over 2000ft (609.6m) with a prominence threshold of 50ft (15.2m). The list was compiled by George Bridge but is no longer maintained. The list was effectively replaced by the Nuttalls (see below).

Buxton & Lewis
|
Height range is over 2000ft (609.6m) with a prominence threshold of two contour rings on the OS 1:50,000 map, and the number of hills is similar to the Nuttalls and the Bridges. The list was compiled by Chris Buxton & Glyn Lewis and is no longer maintained.

Dewey
|
A hill in England, Wales or the Isle of Man that exceeds 1640ft (500m) in height but is below 2000ft (609.6m). It must be separated from adjacent tops by a height difference of at least 98ft (30m)on all sides.
